As a Lead Developer with 6+ years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end architecture, development, and deployment of web applications using the MERN stack. You will design scalable solutions leveraging various AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS to ensure efficiency. Collaboration with UI/UX designers and back-end developers is crucial for implementing features, while also providing mentorship and guidance to the development team through technical challenges and code reviews. Your involvement in DevOps processes, CI/CD pipeline setup, source control, and branching strategies using Git will be essential. Additionally, you will handle sprint planning, task allocation, and monitoring using tools like Jira, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and project managers for timely delivery. Upholding code quality, performance, and maintainability through best practices and testing strategies will be a key focus. Required qualifications include 6+ years of full-stack development experience with proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB/Mongoose. Hands-on experience with AWS services, JavaScript, JQuery, and front-end libraries/plugins is necessary. Familiarity with DevOps tools, NoSQL databases, REST APIs, microservice architecture, version control (Git), and project management tools (Jira) is required.
