Key Responsibilities:
- Student Mobilization:
- Actively mobilize students for training programs at the center.
- Conduct outreach activities in the community, including door-to-door campaigns, school/college visits, and participation in local events to attract potential candidates.
- Project Implementation:
- Work on projects like DDU-GKY and KYP, ensuring alignment with the program guidelines and objectives.
- Coordinate with the project team to meet operational requirements effectively.
- Target Achievement:
- Achieve monthly/quarterly mobilization targets as set by the center.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize enrollment numbers.
- Community Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including schools, NGOs, and community leaders, to facilitate smooth mobilization.
- Address queries from candidates and their families regarding the training programs.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of mobilization activities, candidate details, and enrollment data.
- Submit periodic reports to the management on mobilization progress and challenges.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in mobilization roles, preferably in government-funded skill development projects like DDU-GKY and KYP.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [specify language(s)].

- Target Oriented: Proven ability to meet and exceed enrollment targets.
