MIS Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage and optimize our data infrastructure and reporting functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating raw operational data into actionable reports, dashboards, and management insights to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesData Management & Reporting

• Data Extraction & Cleaning: Regularly extract, compile, and clean data from various sources (CRM, ERP, Sales, and Logistics systems) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Report Generation: Design, develop, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports detailing key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
• Dashboard Creation: Create visually compelling and interactive dashboards (e.g., using Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Excel) for senior management to track performance in real-time.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct specialized data analysis and build custom reports on demand to address specific business questions or troubleshoot performance issues.

System & Process Optimization

• Data Integrity: Monitor data input processes to ensure high levels of data integrity and quality across all reporting systems.
• Process Automation: Identify opportunities to automate routine reporting tasks and improve the efficiency of data flow between departments.
• System Liaison: Act as a liaison between the business users and IT teams to ensure reporting tools meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in a dedicated MIS, Data Analyst, or Reporting role.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, and VBA scripting).
• Software Skills: Familiarity with a major ERP/CRM system (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) and experience with a Data Visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
