Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Prepare dashboards, data summaries, and performance metrics.
Analyze large sets of data to identify trends, variances, and actionable insights.
Automate reports and improve reporting processes.
Coordinate with various departments to gather and validate data.
Maintain and update master data records in systems.
Ensure data security and confidentiality.
Troubleshoot data discrepancies and reporting issues.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
Working knowledge of SQL and database management is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
