Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant to design, develop, and implement solutions for SME Medical Insurance digitalization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Platform, integrations, and workflow automation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline insurance processes such as quote initiation, underwriting, document management, policy issuance, and renewals.

Role Overview

The MS Dynamics Consultant will play a key role in transforming fragmented and manual SME medical insurance processes into a unified, intelligent, and automated digital ecosystem. The implementation will leverage Dynamics 365 CRM Sales module as the core platform, supported by Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and AI Builder.

You will be responsible for building end-to-end process flows, integrating CRM with external systems, enhancing user experience, and supporting the development of both B2B and B2E insurance portals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Dynamics 365 CRM Development & Customization

• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 Sales entities such as Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Quotes, and Policy records.
• Develop plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, and business rules to support SME medical insurance processes.
• Implement Business Process Flows (BPFs) for underwriting, finance approval, policy issuance, and renewals.

2. Power Platform Automation

• Build Power Apps to extend CRM capabilities for internal teams and brokers.
• Develop and orchestrate Power Automate flows for:
• Real-time data synchronization
• Underwriting approval workflows
• Document validation processes
• Payment and invoice automation
• Renewal workflows and notifications
• Integrate Power Automate with CRM, external APIs, B2B portals, and document services.

3. AI Builder & Document Processing

• Implement intelligent document extraction for KYC, policy documents, and broker submissions.
• Train and configure AI Builder models to support automated validation and data capture.

4. Reporting & Dashboards

• Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI embedded in Dynamics CRM.
• Provide real-time visibility for underwriting, business development, operations, and broker support teams.

5. Integration & Architecture

• Integrate CRM with quotation engines, payment gateways, document repositories, and external medical insurance systems.
• Work with microservices (Java/Spring Boot), Azure components, and APIs for backend integrations.
• Ensure seamless data exchange between B2B (React + Spring Boot) and B2E (Dynamics CRM + Power Platform) environments.

6. Security & Compliance

• Implement role-based access using Azure Active Directory.
• Ensure secure access to CRM forms, dashboards, and workflows based on user roles.
• Maintain data integrity, audit trails, and compliance with organizational standards.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• 4–10 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales module).
• Strong expertise in:
• CRM customization & configuration
• Plugins (C#), workflows, Power Automate
• JavaScript, Ribbon workbench, CRM forms
• Business Process Flows
• Dataverse
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and AI Builder.
• Experience integrating CRM with external systems via REST APIs, Azure services, and middleware.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture (Java/Spring Boot) is a plus.
• Experience with insurance domain workflows (quotes, underwriting, policy issuance, renewals) is an advantage.

Soft Skills

• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and brokers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SME Medical Insurance domain.
• Knowledge of Camunda, Drools, or workflow engines.
• Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and related cloud architecture components.
• Familiarity with B2B and B2E portal solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹333,265.67 - ₹1,475,726.49 per year
