Job Description

MUST HAVE

Core MERN Skills

Strong hands-on with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.
Build scalable REST APIs and/or GraphQL services.
Design efficient NoSQL schemas, indexing, aggregation pipelines.
Deep React expertise: hooks, context, Redux/RTK, React Query, component architecture.
Solid Node.js backend skills: async patterns, streams, clustering, performance tuning.

Database:

My SQL or Postgress SQL

Architecture & Development

End-to-end feature delivery (UI API DB deployment).
Create clean, modular, reusable code and follow SOLID principles.
Design microservices / modular monoliths as needed.
Handle app performance: lazy loading, caching, DB optimization, API pagination.
Integrate third-party APIs and services reliably.

Security & Quality

Implement auth:
JWT, OAuth2, SSO, RBAC
.
Use of unit testing tools.
Do code reviews and enforce coding standards.

NICE TO HAVE

Follow OWASP basics: input validation, rate limiting, secure headers.
Deploy/manage apps on
AWS/Azure/GCP
or VPS environments.
Work with
Docker, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions/Jenkins/Azure DevOps
.
Configure monitoring/logging (ex:
ELK, Prometheus, Grafana
) as needed.
TypeScript experience across React + Node.
Experience with
Next.js / SSR
.
Knowledge of message queues (
RabbitMQ/Kafka
) and caching (
Redis
).
