Job Description

Role: MERN Stack Developer

Mode: Contract

Location: Indore( WFO)

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate MERN Stack Developer to join our team on a 1-month contractual basis. The ideal candidate should be experienced in building high-quality, scalable web applications using Next.js, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. You’ll work closely with our core team to deliver efficient, performance-driven solutions within the given project timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and deploy responsive web applications using the MERN stack.
Build reusable components and front-end libraries using React.js / Next.js.
Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic and database systems.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders for project delivery.
Manage state efficiently using Redux or Context API.
Implement user authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
Handle code versioning and collaboration using Git/GitHub.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within the 1-month contract period.

Required Skills & Experience:

2–4 years of professional experience in MERN Stack development.
Strong knowledge of Next.js, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
Experience with RESTful API integration and third-party API handling.
Familiarity with state management tools like Redux or Context API.
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, or DigitalOcean).
Proficiency in Git, Agile methodologies, and code reviews.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
