Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

Supervise and manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works on-site, ensuring timely and quality completion of project activities.

Coordination with Teams

Coordinate with civil, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing teams to ensure integration and alignment of services during execution.

Drawing & Plan Review

Review MEP drawings, layouts, and specifications. Ensure implementation as per design and industry standards.

Vendor & Contractor Management

Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for material delivery, work execution, and issue resolution.

Site Supervision

Monitor daily site activities, resolve technical issues, and ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Progress Reporting

Maintain site reports, update project progress, and communicate status to project managers and stakeholders.
