Medical Representative (MR)

As a Medical Representative (MR) in the Pharma division of Zeal and Zandra, your primary responsibility will be to engage with Chest Physicians, Consultants, Dermatologists, Gynaecologists, Paediatricians, and General Physicians on a daily basis to promote our company's products in accordance with company policies. You will be required to conduct and participate in various brand promotion activities such as CMEs, conferences, doctors" meets, and RTMs. It is essential to implement the company's promotional strategies and utilize promotional inputs as per the guidelines provided. Maintaining a suitable visit frequency with all classes of customers, including doctors, hospitals, and institutions, is crucial to promote the company's products effectively and to strengthen professional relationships that enhance the company's image. Your role will also involve actively participating in the launch of new products as per the company's guidelines and strategies. Ensuring a 100% return on investment and maintaining strong business follow-up with stakeholders are key aspects of the position. As an MR, you will be expected to explore new markets and customers for business development purposes and strive to achieve the monthly sales targets set by the company.
