Job Description

Experience:- 5 - 10 years

Location:- Faridabad

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
2–5 years of experience in mechanical design, analysis, or manufacturing.
Proficiency in CAD software and analysis tools.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and industry standards.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development:
Develop 2D/3D models and detailed drawings using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA).
Design and optimize mechanical components and systems for efficiency, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
Analysis:
Conduct engineering calculations and simulations, including stress, thermal, and fluid dynamics analysis using tools like ANSYS or MATLAB.
Perform failure analysis and provide recommendations for improvements.
Prototyping & Testing:
Build and test prototypes to validate designs and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Evaluate and refine designs based on performance data.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, project managers, and production teams, to ensure seamless integration of systems.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical support.
Manufacturing Support:
Oversee manufacturing processes, ensuring parts and assemblies align with design specifications.
Identify and resolve production issues to maintain quality and timelines.
Documentation:
Create and maintain detailed documentation, including technical drawings, design reports, and user manuals.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with robotics, mechatronics, or automation systems.
Experience with FEA/CFD tools like ANSYS, Abaqus, or similar.
Knowledge of project management principles.
Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or related methodologies.
