As a Supervisor at our company, your primary responsibility will be to supervise and coordinate the activities of CNC turning operators and machine technicians to ensure the smooth operation of the production line. You will need to possess strong technical proficiency in Mastercam programming, including knowledge of toolpath creation and CNC machine operation. Your proven experience in CNC machining operations with Mastercam software will be crucial in effectively planning and scheduling production activities to meet production targets and customer requirements. In this role, you will also be responsible for training and mentoring CNC turning operators and technicians on machine operation, setup procedures, and quality standards to ensure adherence to best practices. Regular inspections and audits of CNC turning machines, tools, and workpieces will be necessary to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Our ideal Supervisor should have proven experience as a CNC Turning Machine Operator and Setter, along with programming skills. You should be able to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to set up and operate CNC turning machines effectively. Attention to detail and a quality-oriented mindset are essential, as you will be required to maintain high standards of accuracy and precision. The working hours for this position are from Monday to Saturday, with 6 days a week on rotational shifts. Sundays are off. This is a full-time job position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work location is in person.
