Reporting To: Director / Head of Operations

Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will lead and execute all marketing, branding, and promotional activities for Challani Jewellery Mart across all showrooms. The role involves strategizing and managing both B2B and B2C marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and strengthen customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement B2B and B2C marketing strategies to achieve business growth.
• Manage all showroom marketing activities, promotions, events, and campaigns.
• Coordinate with showroom managers to ensure consistent branding and communication.
• Handle digital marketing, social media, print, and outdoor advertising activities.
• Develop and manage vendor and agency relationships for creative and media requirements.
• Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to plan targeted campaigns.
• Execute festival and seasonal promotions to boost showroom footfall and sales.
• Ensure brand consistency in visual merchandising, in-store branding, and online presence.
• Prepare performance reports, ROI analysis, and marketing dashboards.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of marketing experience (preferably in retail / jewellery / luxury brands).
• Strong understanding of B2B & B2C marketing strategies.
• Experience in digital marketing, event management, and brand communication.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Creative mindset with analytical ability to measure campaign performance.
• Proficiency in MS Office, social media tools, and marketing software.
