Job Description

The main purpose of the role is to implement a marketing and sales strategy for one or more of the organization's more complex, controversial, or strategically significant products/services in order to meet established sales or market share targets. As part of the main responsibilities, you will be required to conduct market research, oversee product development and design, set prices, launch new products, oversee advertising campaigns, and monitor sales performance to effectively market assigned products/services. It is essential to monitor, analyze, and evaluate domestic and international market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the product/service. Additionally, you will need to monitor, analyze, and evaluate product performance and customer feedback to generate new product ideas and identify product/service changes to meet customer needs. Collaboration with other areas of the organization such as production and R&D will be necessary to implement these changes. Sales forecasts and budgets preparation, monitoring sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts, and adapting plans to improve the sales performance of the product/service will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, liaising with advertising and promotions specialists to design sales campaigns and sales collateral for the product/service that are effective and appropriate for the target audience is required. Qualifications include an Associates Degree (13 years) or a Masters Degree (18 years) in Engineering, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience.,
