We are looking for a Marketing Associate to support our growing marketing initiatives. You will work across social media, digital campaigns, events, and content programs to strengthen Scry AI’s brand presence and help drive demand for our solutions.

Role Overview

As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day marketing activities, supporting campaign management, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. LinkedIn will be a critical channel for this role, and prior experience in B2B LinkedIn marketing is required. While the primary focus will be on LinkedIn-driven content and campaigns, the scope of this role may expand to include other marketing initiatives such as email marketing, PR campaigns, and event promotion.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Content Support

• Assist in creating and scheduling posts, particularly on LinkedIn (B2B focus required).
• Repurpose blogs, webinars, and reports into short-form posts, infographics, and social creatives.
• Coordinate with design teams/agencies for marketing collateral.

Digital Marketing Execution

• Support LinkedIn and other paid campaigns, tracking performance and reporting insights.
• Help manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automation workflows.
• Assist in maintaining lead databases and tracking campaign conversions.

Event, PR & Program Support

• Promote webinars, industry events, and product launches through LinkedIn and other channels.
• Provide coordination support for PR campaigns and outreach activities.
• Support ambassador/employee advocacy programs to boost organic reach.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track engagement metrics across LinkedIn, email, and campaign platforms.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance.
• Suggest optimizations based on data insights.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
• Proven experience with LinkedIn marketing (organic + paid) for B2B audiences is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or scheduling platforms.
• Basic understanding of digital analytics (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
• Exposure to BFSI, SaaS, or AI/Tech marketing is a plus.
