Job Description

Title: Manager of Operational Reporting

Location: Hyderabad, India

Responsibilities:

  • The Reporting & Analysis Manager will be responsible for coordinating various projects across the Information Management & Analytics department with a primary focus on the deliverables for reporting and analytics.
  • The goal is to deliver quality work in a timely fashion, consistent with established standards.
  • Work will consist of project management, timeline management, stakeholder communication, and ensuring the successful delivery of project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate projects across different business areas based on business needs.
  • Lead daily status meetings and resolve any blockers
  • Manage tasks to ensure they stay on track and within scope.
  • Manage and prioritize project-related tickets and incoming requests via emails
  • Update process documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Gather user requirements for both

    Cognos and Power BI

    reports, new or existing.
  • Collaborate with business users and team members to ensure project success.
  • Maintain excellent organizational skills to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide updates.
  • Lead and manage project activities, ensuring they are completed on time.
  • Provide support in prioritizing incoming business requests.
  • Exhibit a commitment to quality by ensuring project outcomes meet requirements and validation.
  • Provide training and support to team members as needed.
  • Provide sign off and QA on project tasks
  • People management of 7 to 10 developers

Key Skills:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • History of ensuring tasks are completed on time and following up with team members.
  • Strong organizational and customer-facing skills.
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking and able to pivot with ease to high priority tasks.
  • Experience with leading projects and excellent overall project management skills.
  • Experience managing project-related tickets and incoming requests via emails.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) or any similar fields.
