Manager, Full Stack Development

Role Overview: You will be responsible for building and supporting the CRM Platform (Surefire) as a Full Stack Engineering Manager at Intercontinental Exchange (ICE). The CRM Platform aims to assist mortgage professionals in acquiring new business, fostering repeat business, and enhancing business relationships. By utilizing technologies like React JS, Node JS, and Cloud Platforms (GCP/AWS), you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the CRM market and help customers in finding their dream homes. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a technical leader to facilitate the design and development of robust software for ICE Products, utilizing technologies such as AWS/GCP infrastructure services, node.JS, React, .NET, C#, REST, JSON, XML, HTML / HTML5, CSS, NoSQL databases, and relational databases. - Provide daily leadership to the team, promoting collaboration across teams and internal departments. - Offer technical guidance to ensure the creation of scalable services and applications optimized for the best customer experience. - Lead the effort in requirement analysis, design, architecture, and software component development. - Monitor and report the status and quality of team deliverables, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization. - Support in diagnosing complex developmental and operational issues, while also fostering team member engagement and career development. - Collaborate with global stakeholders and partners for product delivery enhancement, adhering to company software development processes and standards. - Unblock team members from technical perspectives, provide support during production outages, and assist in team hiring needs. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. - 10-14 years of software product development experience, with expertise in managing teams with multiple technologies. - Proficiency in design and development across UI, Backend, and Databases. - Familiarity with technologies like NodeJS, Express JS, React JS/AngularJS, NoSQL databases, Mongo DB, and relational databases. - Experience in enterprise web-based application technologies, cloud platforms (preferably AWS), and security concerns for web-based applications. - Understanding of REST architectural style, Microservices concepts, and proficiency in various development, integration, and QA tools. - Strong database concepts knowledge (Relational and non-relational), with additional exposure to tools like Docker, Pipeline, Terraform, Queuing, and Caching. - Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to complex and fast-paced environments.,
