Position description: Coordinate operations, ensure timely delivery of the agreed SLAs, TATs to keep the error rate within the agreed benchmarks; Ensure error free transaction support & adherence to traditional operational & regulatory frameworks; Provide guidance to subordinates, including monitoring of performance standards & its execution
Primary Responsibilities:
1.BAU Execution
-
Execute overall disbursals TATs to reduce the error rate and keep within the agreed benchmark including 100% loan booking through digital way & timely payment.

Maintain a high %Age of QA rate by adhering compliance guidelines for KYC, and other customer documents

Ensure new processes to provide error free transaction support and adhere to traditional regulatory requirements required by RBI
-
Monitor RBI/Grievance Level escalation and provide instant resolution for the improvement of customer experience with DMI.

Conduct Regular review and enhanced monitoring of customer repayments instruments (NACH/Emandate) and bridge the gaps wherever required

Guide & train the team on new process and integrations to increase efficiency and output
2. Operational Controls
-
Conduct regular review and provides relevant process download to ensure team productivity.

Conduct Channel Partner Portfolio review / reconciliation to ensure correct bureau reporting.

Provide effective and proper client servicing, resolving queries and complaints.

Formulate periodic MIS and weekly review content.
-
Ensure policy adherence and documentation.

Extend support to automate the process.

Control, execute Audit and compliances
-
Conduct regular reconciliation of disbursal made to Channel partners and customers
3.ORM Controls
-
Establishing a live risk register with KRIs/KCIs; conducting regular RCSA and closing CAPAs on time.

Third-party risk oversight: due diligence, infosec compliance, SLA monitoring, and exit/contingency planning.

Strengthening incident management: rapid triage, root-cause analysis, and preventive controls for recurring issues.

Enhancing BCP/DR readiness for critical journeys (onboarding, disbursal, repayments), including periodic failover tests.

Prepares Channel partner NACH health report to be published to improve quality at the time of onboarding.

Provide Alternate solutions including Direct Debits and E- Mandate with maximum Banks to be explored.
4.Team Management

Provide guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance

Guide & train the team on new processes and integrations to increase efficiency and output
5.Tech Requirements
-
Oversee API Integrations and UAT: Coordinate end-to-end API integration between DMI’s digital lending platform and partner systems, including guiding User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure error-free go-live.

Requirements Gathering and Solution Design: Work closely with IT/Product teams to collect partner requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and review solution design for feasibility and alignment.

Design new processes to improve the interaction of systems from process point of view to reduce the lapses in the overall process

Oversee validation of data exchanged between partners and DMI systems (such as loan files, e-mandate/KYC data), ensuring accuracy and consistency—initiate reconciliation if discrepancies arise.

Collaborate with Data/BI teams to build and maintain real-time dashboards for process KPIs, partner performance, and exception monitoring.
a)Qualifications

Minimum: Bachelor’s degree.
-
Preferred: B.Tech/BE in Computer Science/IT/ECE or equivalent; MBA/PGDM in Operations/Finance/Analytics; or equivalent combination.

Minimum 3 years of experience

Should have Banking & Lending operations background

Should have updated knowledge of lending process and solutions available for digital lending platform
