Analyse and resolve production issues, ensuring minimum downtime and quick resolution.
Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand enhancement requirements.
Modify existing programs or develop new programs using COBOL, RPG, CL, and JCL.
Work with IDMS and DB2.
Perform root cause analysis and create documentation for incidents and changes.
Participate in change management, deployments, and post-implementation support.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, security standards, and compliance requirements.
