The role is responsible for providing comprehensive support to customers throughout various stages, from machine installations to addressing breakdowns and spares assistance. Additionally, the position involves managing aftermarket sales revenue within the designated territory. You will deliver end-to-end assistance to customers, encompassing tasks such as installing machines, responding to breakdown calls, providing spare support, offering training on machine operations, troubleshooting issues, and more. Coordination of pre-installation requirements with customers is also a key aspect of the role. Furthermore, you will be involved in developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions for machines, ensuring global compliance, and conducting troubleshooting to resolve problems effectively. The role includes overseeing the installation and servicing of all machines in the specified region, as well as supporting customers with Mould Trials and machine assembly at their sites. Additionally, responsibilities entail providing training to customers on machine operations and troubleshooting, submitting field return parts for analysis, managing spare parts business, and generating spare parts recommendations. You will be expected to prepare and submit service reports for each machine, maintain software backups, hydraulics circuits, and Bill of Material on the service portal. This position is a part of the service team in the Bangalore Region and will be based in Bangalore. Basic qualifications require a full-time Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Plastics, or Mechatronics, along with 2 to 3 years of experience in machine maintenance or testing. Key Responsibilities: Operate and manage 2D laser cutting machines for precise cutting of materials. Perform machine troubleshooting and address minor operational issues to ensure smooth production flow. Conduct regular machine maintenance to keep equipment in good working condition. Ensure the quality of cuts meets the required standards and specifications. Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Collaborate with the production team to optimize cutting processes and minimize wastage. Maintain accurate records of machine usage, maintenance schedules, and performance data. Required Skills: Hands-on experience in operating 2D laser cutting machines . Strong technical knowledge of laser cutting machines, including troubleshooting and basic maintenance. Experience in machine operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance . Preferably from industries like Automotive , Sheet Metal , or BIU . Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
