Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to turn research prototypes into production-ready systems that solve real-world business problems.

Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms for various applications.
Work with large datasets to clean, preprocess, and analyze data for training and evaluation.
Implement and optimize ML pipelines, model training, and performance tuning.
Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate ML models into production systems.
Monitor and maintain deployed models, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
Research and apply state-of-the-art ML/AI techniques to solve complex problems.
Develop and maintain documentation, APIs, and technical reports.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices.
Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.
Hands-on experience with ML frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras).
Proficiency in data processing tools (Pandas, NumPy, Spark).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment of ML models.
Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and linear algebra.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
