Job Summary:
We are looking for 2 Logistics Coordinators with 1 year of experience, preferably Tamil-speaking, to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidates should be proactive, sales-oriented, and skilled in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day courier and logistics operations.
• Manage customer queries, provide timely updates, and ensure smooth delivery processes.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads, actively promoting company services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor shipment status and address any delivery-related issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, courier, or related field.
• Fluent in Tamil (mandatory), with good communication in English/Malayalam.
• Strong sales orientation with proven customer-handling skills.
• Proactive, target-driven, and good at problem-solving.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
