About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Technical Lead / Engineering Manager with a strong background in AI-driven product development and full-stack engineering. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with leadership excellence — someone who can architect intelligent systems, lead multiple product teams, and drive innovation through people, process, and product alignment.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multiple cross-functional engineering teams across diverse product lines.
• Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions.
• Implement AI functionality into SaaS products
• Develop and oversee full-stack applications using modern frameworks and languages such as:
• Frontend: React, Next.js, Angular
• Backend: Node.js, Express, Python (Django/FastAPI), Java (Spring Boot)
• AI/ML: TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, OpenAI APIs
• Drive solution architecture and ensure alignment with business and product strategy.
• Define, implement, and continuously improve engineering processes and delivery frameworks.
• Engage with customers to understand their requirements and develop custom software solutions within time and budget while meeting quality objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and leadership teams to translate vision into execution.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and accountability.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of proven experience in software engineering, with some experience on AI-driven full-stack development.
• Demonstrated success in leading multiple teams and managing complex product ecosystems.
• Expertise in solution architecture, AI/ML integration, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven track record in managing people, processes, and products effectively.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making abilities.
• Prior experience in startup or product-focused environments requried

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
