Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer with expertise in GoLang and Java Full Stack Development to spearhead application development initiatives within a cloud-native setting. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of development background, with a focus on GoLang and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for more than 3 years. Prior experience in the cable sector, specifically in OSS/BSS systems and MSO operations, will be highly advantageous. This position necessitates strong leadership qualities, technical proficiency, and the ability to engage with various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of top-notch project results. Responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end application development projects utilizing GoLang and Java Full Stack technologies, designing and deploying scalable, secure, and high-performance applications on GCP, collaborating with diverse teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, managing project timelines and coordinating development efforts, providing guidance to junior developers, enforcing coding best practices, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, and applying domain knowledge to deliver tailored business solutions.
