In this pivotal role, you will architect robust, scalable software solutions that ensure the quality and reliability of modern enterprise telephony and voice communications—ultimately transforming how businesses connect, collaborate, and communicate.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect AIdriven systems

  : Design scalable, modular, and cloudnative architectures that integrate AI/ML models into core Enterprise Communications solutions for Employee and Customer Experience.

• Technology leadership

  : Evaluate emerging AI frameworks, platforms, and tools, ensuring adoption of bestinclass solutions.

• Data strategy

  : Define data pipelines, governance, and ethical AI practices to ensure responsible use of data.

• Collaboration

  : Partner with product managers, and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Security & compliance

  : Embed privacy, security, and regulatory compliance into system design, especially around Enterprise Communications Platforms usage.

• Performance optimization

  : Ensure systems are resilient, costefficient, and optimized for realtime AI workloads.

• Mentorship

  : Guide engineering teams in modern architectural practices, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Required

• Demonstrated success as a

  Software Architect

  or senior engineering leader, with a track record of delivering largescale, enterprise systems.
• Deep expertise in

  cloud platforms

  (Azure, AWS, GCP) and

  microservicesbased architectures

  .
• Handson experience with leading

  AI/ML frameworks

  such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and LangChain.
• Strong proficiency in modern programming languages, including

  Python, Java, Go, Rust

  , or comparable technologies.
• Solid understanding of

  data engineering practices

  , along with

  MLOps

  and

  DevOps pipelines

  for scalable AI deployments.
• Proven ability in

  API design

Required Qualifications
