Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled *Lead Java Developer* with strong expertise in system architecture, microservices, and cloud-native technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical leadership experience and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand and manage functional/technical requirements.
* Provide architectural guidance and contribute to strategic technology decisions.
* Design and develop scalable applications using *Spring Boot, Elasticsearch, and Docker*.
* Implement and manage *Microservices Architecture* for enterprise-level applications.
* Work with *Kubernetes* for deployments, services, and container orchestration.
* Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Proven expertise in *Architecture and Strategic Thinking.
* Hands-on experience in:
Spring Boot
Elasticsearch
Docker
Microservices
Proficiency with Kubernetes concepts (Services, Deployments, etc.)
