Lead Java Developer

Role Overview: As a Backend Developer at Hashone Careers, you will be responsible for designing and developing the business logic and backend systems for the products. You will collaborate with frontend developers to create functional and performant APIs. Your role will involve decrypting existing enterprise software systems, connecting applications to data sources, writing tests, developing automation tools, and ensuring high-quality, well-documented, and efficient work. Additionally, you will challenge ideas and opinions to avoid errors and inefficiencies. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop business logic and backend systems for products - Collaborate with frontend developers to create functional, performant APIs - Decrypt existing enterprise software systems and connect applications to data sources - Write unit, integration, and performance tests - Develop automation tools and continuous integration pipelines - Ensure high-quality, well-documented, and efficient work - Challenge ideas and opinions to avoid errors and inefficiencies Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred) - 7+ years of experience as a backend developer with proficiency in Java, Microservices, SpringBoot, etc. - Significant API expertise for large-scale applications and performance optimization - Deep knowledge of programming and object-oriented engineering principles (e.g., SOLID, clean architecture) - Good knowledge of Java - Familiarity with distributed systems tech stacks like Kafka, ELK, in-memory databases, Cassandra, or similar databases - Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts and align the organization on decisions - Strong problem-solving skills to process complex information quickly and present it effectively - Ability to collaborate within a team to create innovative solutions efficiently,
