Job Description

Utilize CAD software (Creo/SolidWorks) to create 3D models and 2D drawings.
Familiar with Solid modelling, Surface modelling, Assembly and Drawing modules of Creo
Experience in designing plastics, Sheetmetal, machined components keeping DFM&A considerations in mind.

Ability to propose different thermal design concepts based on given requirements and translate ideas and concepts into working prototypes through POC.

Experience in thermal management of electromechanical systems.
Design and validate air and liquid cooling technologies for thermal management
Optimize heating & cooling solutions for all aspects of their performance, cost, and reliability
Perform analysis (CFD) to validate fluid & thermal performance and safety of the designs
Independently select optimal hardware components (heat exchanger, heaters, pump, fan, sensors, pipes, valves, fittings etc.) from external suppliers
Calculate heat transfer for different mediums and scenarios
