You will be responsible for providing tool or process solutioning recommendations to the customer as required. Additionally, you will perform operational administrative tasks and configure and develop on the VAs instance of ServiceNow, including routine changes or configuration adjustments directed by the customer. Participating in Continual Service Improvement activities as demanded by the customer, you will also be involved in configuring new applications or suites during planning, development, and rollout phases. Collaboration with other teammates to ensure platform consistency and upgradability is essential. Planning and managing meetings to gather feedback from stakeholders, participating in Agile and SAFe ceremonies, and producing deliverables associated with delivering value are also part of your responsibilities. You will assist with report configuration and maintenance, directly support the implementation of ServiceNow in the FedRAMP Cloud environment, and work with leadership to maintain and enhance the ServiceNow implementation. Evaluating and defining the next phases of the ServiceNow roadmap, preparing and executing ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) test cases and test scripts, configuring and maintaining data integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, and performing system and integration testing with sample and live data are also key tasks. In terms of requirements, you should have experience developing test scripts and plans, be capable of handling a fast-paced environment and multitasking, and have experience working on an agile team. Knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory is required, along with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and administering one or more ServiceNow instances. Familiarity with LAN rev or a comparable lifecycle management platform is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business field is necessary, along with excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing awareness of the latest ServiceNow features. Experience in a Managed Services environment, working knowledge of configuration management and ITIL, experience designing ServiceNow architecture, data designs, or overall solution architecture implementation on a mature installation, and demonstrated knowledge of service management processes, procedures, and software, including ServiceNow, are essential. Demonstrated experience assisting with ServiceNow configuration and deployment, effective collaboration with other engineers remotely, and self-motivation and autonomy in work are also expected.,
