Job Description

Junior Graphic Designer

Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute design concepts for various marketing and communication materials.
Create and edit visual content, including but not limited to, social media graphics, flyers, banners, email templates, and presentations.
Assist in the production of digital and print assets, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to guidelines.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh and innovative design ideas.
Work with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs on time.
Maintain an organized library of design assets and project files.
Stay current with industry trends, design software updates, and new techniques.

Skills Required

Strong foundational knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
A portfolio showcasing creative work and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to translate creative briefs into compelling visual designs.
Strong communication and collaborative skills.
Time management and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Eagerness to learn and take constructive feedback.
Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
