As a QA champ at Synapse, you will be responsible for testing a variety of mobile and web applications with meticulous attention to detail. Our QA practice is highly progressive, involving direct interaction with clients to ensure precise product delivery. You should ideally have 4-8 years of experience in the field and hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Your technical expertise should include test automation build, execution, and script troubleshooting. You will also be involved in manual regression and integration testing services, including automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, and Appium. Experience in Android and iOS manual and automated testing, along with familiarity with tools like Android Studio IDE, XCode IDE, and Jenkins, is crucial. Proficiency in Continuous Integration tools, Web Service testing, and version control systems like Git is expected. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be coordinating with clients regularly. Exposure to Visual Studio Code, AWS, and Sauce Labs is considered a plus.
