About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Full Stack Java Trainer who can train students on end-to-end Java development. The trainer should have strong technical knowledge in Java, frameworks, front-end technologies, and cloud basics (AWS) along with the ability to guide students on modern tools like AI-based prompting.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct interactive classroom/online training sessions on Full Stack Java Development.

Deliver training modules on Core Java, Advanced Java, Frameworks (Spring/Hibernate), Front-End (React, Angular), and AWS basics.

Teach students best coding practices and guide them through hands-on projects.

Introduce basic prompting techniques with AI tools to enhance coding and learning efficiency.

Develop lesson plans, assignments, coding exercises, and project work.

Evaluate student performance and provide feedback for improvement.

Assist students in preparing for interviews, coding tests, and technical assessments.

Required Skill Sets:

Technical Skills

Core & Advanced Java: OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling, Multi threading, JDBC, Servlets, JSP

Frameworks: Spring, Hibernate (or equivalent frameworks)

Front-End: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular

Database: MySQL / Oracle basics

Cloud: AWS basics (deployment & services overview)

AI Tools: Basic prompting & usage for learning and productivity

IDEs: Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, or NetBeans

Teaching Skills

Ability to deliver concepts with clarity and practical examples

Hands-on project guidance and real-world application training

Preparing structured content and exercises

Good at doubt-solving and mentoring students

Soft Skills

Excellent communication & presentation skills

Strong mentoring and motivational ability

Classroom management and adaptability

Problem-solving and analytical mindset

Eligibility

Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

6 months 1 year experience in teaching/training or industry experience in Java development.
