Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Lead technical teams to design, develop, and implement new features and products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
Mentor junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code standards.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical ideas clearly.
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate team members.
Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies.
Java Fullstack, Springboot, react or angular, AWS experience is mandatory
