About the Role:

Resolve Tech is looking for a passionate and experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join our growing offshore team. This role demands a strong backend foundation in Java and Spring Boot, with working experience on modern frontend frameworks like React JS. The ideal candidate will have 70% backend and 30% frontend experience and be able to contribute to end-to-end software development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
  
• Work with multithreaded applications and JVM tuning for performance optimization.
  
• Collaborate with the frontend team to integrate user-facing elements using React JS and Redux.
  
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle – from requirements gathering and system design to coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and QA engineers.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and provide ongoing maintenance and support.
  
• Ensure application performance, uptime, and scalability.
  

Skills & Qualifications:

Backend (70%) – Must-Have:

• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
  
• Solid understanding of

  Multithreading

  ,

  JVM internals

  , and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
  

Frontend (30%) – Nice to Have:

• Proficiency in React JS and Redux.
  
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  
• Ability to implement responsive UI components and integrate them with backend APIs.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
  
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
