Role Overview

Java Full Stack Developer Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Training & Mentorship

• Deliver structured training sessions on

  Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, REST APIs, React/Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and databases

  .
• Prepare training materials, coding exercises, and real-world projects.
• Conduct

  mock interviews

  and provide personalized feedback to learners.
• Mentor and guide learners on

  industry best practices and career readiness

  .

Technical Support

• Resolve technical queries raised by learners during training sessions or support hours.
• Assist learners in debugging code, understanding system design, and applying best practices.
• Support USA-based clients with

  remote technical problem-solving and project guidance

  .

• Engagement & Evaluation

• Track learner progress and provide constructive performance feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve training quality.
• Stay updated with

  latest technologies, frameworks, and industry trends

  to keep content relevant.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong proficiency in

  Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA

  .
• Hands-on knowledge of

  frontend frameworks

  (React.js or Angular).
• Experience with

  REST APIs, Microservices, and Web Services

  .
• Database knowledge:

  MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

  .
• Familiarity with

  cloud basics (AWS/Azure/GCP)

  and version control (Git).
• (Preferred) Prior experience as a

  trainer, mentor, or technical instructor

  .

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English proficiency required for US client support).
• Ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
• Comfortable conducting

  mock interviews, Q&A sessions, and live demonstrations

  .
• Time management and flexibility to work with clients in

  overlapping USA hours

  .
