Java Backend Developers

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using

  Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Microservices

• Build and test

  RESTful APIs

  , ensuring robustness, performance, and scalability
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code along with

  unit and integration tests

• Contribute to

  QA processes

  , including automated testing and support for manual testing
• Work with both

  relational and NoSQL databases

  (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Package and deploy applications using

  Docker

  and

  Kubernetes

• Deploy and manage backend services in

  cloud environments

  like

  AWS

  or

  Azure

• Focus on

  performance optimization, scalability, and high availability (HA)

• Implement

  monitoring, logging

  , and

  observability

  for distributed services
• Integrate with

  messaging systems

  (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) and

  caching frameworks

  (e.g., Redis)
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using

  Terraform

  or similar

  Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)

• Participate in

  Agile/Scrum

  ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Additional Responsibilities for Senior Developers (69 Years):

• Lead

  system design

  discussions and propose scalable architectural solutions
• Set and enforce

  coding standards and best practices

  across the team
• Drive performance tuning, fault tolerance, and secure coding practices
  
• Mentor and guide junior developers through code reviews, technical sessions, and hands-on support
  
• Contribute to

  CI/CD pipeline

  improvements and DevOps initiatives
• Promote

  cloud-native

  design patterns and security-first development

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with

  event-driven architecture

• Familiarity with

  Spring Workflows

  or orchestration engines
• Exposure to

  DevOps tools
