Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior/Associate IT Support Engineer to manage day-to-day IT operations, ensure the smooth functioning of systems and networks, and assist users with technical support as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems, and peripherals.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and network connectivity.
• Troubleshoot system performance and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and security maintenance.
• Maintain IT inventory and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with external vendors or IT teams for escalated support.

Required Skills

• Experience or knowledge in IT Support / Desktop Support.
• Proficiency in:
• Windows Operating Systems
• Basic Networking (LAN / Wi-Fi / IP Configuration)
• Software Installation & Troubleshooting
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in an on-site environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with IT administrative tools and system monitoring.
• Basic certifications such as A+ / N+ / CCNA / Microsoft are preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
