Planning

Participate in and lead project planning, estimation, and technical strategy development.

System Design & Integration

Lead and execute IT software application projects from conception to deployment.

Develop and maintain technical documentation and participate in peer code reviews.

System Operations

Lead troubleshooting efforts for critical application and integration issues.
Analyze and resolve technical problems, ensuring minimal downtime and performance degradation.
Implement preventive measures and best practices for system stability.
Collaborate with development and support teams on bug fixes and root cause analysis.
Escalate and manage high-severity incidents as required.

Mentorship

Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers and peers.
