IT Sales Executive

1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT staffing/services.
2. Client Acquisition: Prospect and acquire new clients needing IT professionals/staffing.3. Solution Selling: Pitch tailored IT staffing solutions (contract, permanent, project-based).4. Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with client decision-makers.5. Needs Analysis: Understand client tech/business needs to propose fitting staffing solutions.6. Sales Target Achievement: Meet defined revenue targets for IT staffing services.7. Candidate Sourcing Collaboration: Work with recruitment teams for candidate delivery.8. Proposal Preparation: Create proposals outlining service scope, benefits, commercial terms.9. Client Communication: Regularly update clients on service delivery, address queries.10. Market Insight: Stay updated on IT trends, skill demands, and competitor activity.

1. Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to sell services and negotiate deals.
2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication for client interactions.3. IT Industry Knowledge: Understanding of IT technologies, staffing models beneficial.4. Experience: 2-5 years in IT sales/staffing or tech services sales preferred.
- Education: Graduate degree; relevant certifications advantageous.- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with IT staffing models, tech skills trends helpful.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
