Job Title: IT Sales Executive

Location: Baroda, Gujarat

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused IT Sales Executive to manage and grow our existing business in IT manpower deputation and drive new opportunities in emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI). The ideal candidate should have strong marketing skills, a deep understanding of IT trends, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Role & responsibilities

Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients for IT manpower deputation services.
Identify and acquire new business opportunities, especially in AI and future IT solutions.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote services in the Baroda region.
Stay updated on industry trends, future changes in IT, and emerging technologies.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in IT sales, marketing, or related field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused approach with ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
Knowledge of IT manpower services and awareness of future IT trends (AI, Cloud, etc.).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
