Role Overview: As an IT Recruiter at WSNE Consulting, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various IT roles. Your day-to-day tasks will include posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining a talent pipeline. Your role will focus on ensuring a smooth recruitment process and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
