Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural alignment.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and design effective sourcing strategies.
• Drive the end-to-end recruitment process — from scheduling interviews to managing offers and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and recruitment trackers.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
• Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of proven experience in IT recruitment (corporate or agency).
• Solid understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies.
• Hands-on experience with job boards, LinkedIn sourcing, and Boolean search.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring assignments under deadlines.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (preferred).
• Immediate availability will be an advantage.
