We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Project Manager to lead and oversee a variety of technology projects within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project lifecycles from inception to completion, ensuring delivery aligns with business objectives, quality standards, and deadlines. This role requires strong leadership, organisational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies including SAFe and Waterfall. The ideal applicant will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Collaborate with development, design, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical tasks.
• Track project progress using tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones to clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain strong communication with European and USA-based clients.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure high-quality delivery through proper review and QA coordination.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and post-project evaluations.

Experience

• Proven track record in managing complex IT projects within a fast-paced environment.
• 4+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and IT project workflows.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in PM tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.
• Experience working with international clients (EU/US preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or similar.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Prior software development or technical background is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
