Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented FEMALE IT Project Coordinator to assist in managing and delivering software and IT-related projects. The ideal candidate must hold an MCA degree and possess a strong understanding of technology, project management processes, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assist in all phases of IT project execution from initiation to completion.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients regarding project updates.
• Identify risks or issues and assist in developing solutions to ensure project success.
• Support in resource allocation and ensure smooth workflow among team members.
• Help ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Required Skills:

• MUST HAVE MCA qualification (Master of Computer Applications).
• Strong understanding of IT systems, software development life cycle (SDLC), and project coordination.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Basic technical understanding of web applications, databases, or software testing.
• Internship or academic project experience in IT coordination or project management.
• Certification in project management (Agile, Scrum, PMP) is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
