IT Oracle CPQ Developer

Role Overview: As a Configure Pricing Quoting (CPQ) Developer at Motorola Solutions, you play a crucial role in the IT Global Sales team by contributing to the enhancement of sales quoting experiences on the CPQ platforms. Your responsibilities include defining and developing technical solutions, designing applications, and collaborating with development teams to ensure the implementation aligns with the design. You will be part of a skilled IT team working on the corporate-wide Quoting Platform. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement solutions and integrations with Oracle CPQ and other back-office systems - Configure and customize CPQ features like rules, recommendations, pricing, workflows, approvals, and quote management - Develop custom code and objects using CPQ developer toolkit (BML, BMQL, CSS, JavaScript, and HTML) - Create web services API integrations with systems such as Salesforce, Oracle Fusion ERP, and related applications - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CPQ functionality and performance - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders - Document and maintain CPQ configuration and development standards and best practices Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in Oracle CPQ development and configuration - Proficiency in CPQ developer toolkit (BML, BMQL, CSS, JavaScript, and HTML) - Experience in Oracle Asset Based Ordering - Familiarity with web services API development and integration with other systems - Knowledge of CPQ business processes and best practices - Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Additional Company Details: Motorola Solutions fosters a people-first and community-focused culture, encouraging every employee to be their authentic self and excel in delivering a safer world.
