Overview:

Saveer Biotech Limited is urgently hiring an IT Infrastructure & Systems Executive to independently manage IT operations across offices, R&D facilities, and manufacturing units. The role covers network management, server administration, cyber security, cloud support, hardware and asset control, and helpdesk support.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

• Manage LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks
• Configure switches, routers, and firewalls
• Monitor internet uptime and resolve issues
• Manage VPN and access control
• Conduct network security testing

2. Server Management

• Install and maintain Windows/Linux servers
• Manage Active Directory users and permissions
• Maintain file/application/mail servers
• Handle server backup, restoration, and datacenter organisation

3. Hardware & Asset Management

• Manage laptops, desktops, printers, CCTV, biometric devices
• Perform system formatting and OS installation
• Troubleshoot and replace hardware components
• Maintain asset tracking and AMC schedules

4. Software Installation & Support

• Install and manage Office 365/MS Office
• Handle Tally, WebTel, AutoCAD, SolidWorks installations
• Oversee antivirus installation and updates
• Ensure software licensing compliance

5. Cyber Security & Data Protection

• Configure firewall policies
• Monitor antivirus and system health
• Protect email systems and prevent unauthorized access
• Manage data backup policies and cloud sync

6. Cloud Infrastructure Support

• Provision and manage AWS/Azure/Google Cloud environments
• Manage cloud backups and storage
• Create and monitor virtual machines
• Maintain cloud dashboards

7. IT Helpdesk Support

• Handle user issue logging and ticket management
• Manage password resets and access rights
• Troubleshoot printing, scanning, and network issues
• Provide remote support via AnyDesk/TeamViewer

8. CCTV & Access Control

• Install and maintain CCTV and NVR systems
• Manage door access control configurations
• Integrate attendance software with hardware

9. Backup & Disaster Recovery

• Perform daily/weekly/monthly backups
• Manage offsite backups and test data restoration
• Conduct UPS and power backup checks

10. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain IT policy documentation and SOPs
• Keep asset registers updated
• Support compliance activities and audits

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and cybersecurity
• Hands-on expertise with Windows/Linux systems
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and virtual machines
• Ability to manage multi-location devices and hardware
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• B.Tech / BCA / MCA / Diploma in IT
• Certifications like CCNA, MCSA, AWS/Azure (preferred)
