We are looking for a highly skilled Healthcare Integration Engineer with a growth mindset to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting the installation, implementation, and integration of Carefluence platform to ensure seamless interoperability across various healthcare systems. The ideal candidate will not only have hands-on experience with integration technologies such as FHIR, HL7v2, ETL, and Liquid templates but will also demonstrate strong leadership potential in managing customer relationships and driving customer success. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the integration of healthcare platforms with customer systems to enable seamless data exchange. • Foster strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor for their integration needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with stakeholders, including healthcare providers and technical teams, to define integration requirements and develop tailored technical solutions. • Design, implement, and optimize Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to support accurate and efficient data migration and integration across systems. • Customize data integrations using Liquid templates and other integration tools to meet specific customer needs and ensure high-quality data flow. • Work with data exchange standards like FHIR, HL7v2, CDA, CCD, and IEEE 11073 to enable effective interoperability between healthcare applications and devices. • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing expert-level technical support to clients throughout the installation and implementation process. • Drive the continuous improvement of customer management strategies with a focus on scalability, process efficiency, and growth. • Stay up to date with emerging trends and standards in healthcare interoperability, while fostering a growth mindset to adapt and lead in customer management and technical solutions. Required Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field. • Proven experience in healthcare system integrations, including working with platforms like InterSystems, Mirth Connect, and Rhapsody. • Proficiency in data integration technologies, including ETL processes, data transformation, and system customization using Liquid templates. • Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards, such as FHIR, HL7v2, CDA, CCD, and IEEE 11073. • Expertise in troubleshooting integration issues, identifying system bottlenecks, and resolving data mismatches. • A strong acumen for customer management with a demonstrated growth mindset and leadership potential. • Familiarity with database management, data mapping, and SQL. • Knowledge of healthcare security and compliance standards (HIPAA, HITECH). Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with cloud-based healthcare platforms (AWS, Azure) and APIs. • Familiarity with integration tools like MuleSoft, IBM App Connect, and Epic Bridges. • Experience in automating integration processes and improving system efficiency. • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple integration projects concurrently. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Familiarity with healthcare-related data standards, such as DICOM, CCD, and ICD-10.
