Project Role :Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.
Must have skills :Infrastructure As Code (IaC)

Good to have skills :Python (Programming Language), Microsoft PowerShell, Automation in Systems IntegrationMinimum

Summary:As a Non-Production Environment Engineer, you will be responsible for the build, configuration, maintenance, and support of our critical development, testing, and staging environments. You will work closely with development and QA teams to understand their infrastructure needs, provision and manage compute, storage, and networking resources, implement automation strategies for environment provisioning and management, troubleshoot environment-related issues, and ensure the stability and reliability of these non-production landscapes to facilitate efficient software development and testing cycles. Your focus will be on optimizing these environments for performance, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to security best practices, ultimately contributing to the faster and higher-quality delivery of our products.As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in the ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve addressing technical issues, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring that services are running smoothly across different platforms. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems, providing both remote and onsite support, and implementing technology solutions at the operating system level. Your role will require you to work within defined operating models and processes, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally and efficiently.

Skills:

Experience with Microsoft PowerShell, Python (Programming Language), Terraform.- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure management and deployment.- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Terraform.- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure As Code (IaC)- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
