Infra Tech Support Practitioner

As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in the ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve addressing various technical issues, providing both remote and onsite assistance, and ensuring that configured services operate smoothly across multiple platforms. You will work within a defined operating model and processes, focusing on hardware and software support while implementing technology at the operating system level across all server and network areas. Your role will also include troubleshooting basic and intermediate level issues, ensuring that systems remain operational and efficient. Expected to perform independently and become an SME, you will be required to actively participate and contribute in team discussions. Your responsibilities will include providing solutions to work-related problems, assisting in the documentation of technical processes and procedures to enhance team knowledge, and engaging in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. In terms of professional and technical skills, proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering and Database Architecture is a must. You should have a strong understanding of system monitoring and performance tuning, experience with incident management and response protocols, familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure management, and knowledge of scripting languages for automation tasks. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering. This position is based at our Bengaluru office and requires a 15 years full-time education.,
