Job Summary: As a Customer Success Engineer at Seceon, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers. Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in a technical support, customer success, or implementation engineering role. - Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts (SIEM, SOC operations, threat detection preferred). - Basic knowledge of networking, firewalls, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure is a plus). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Customer-first attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities.,

POSITION OVERVIEW This Senior Implementation Engineer role is responsible for configuring and customizing e2opens Intelligent Application Suite in line with the E2open's direction and customers business needs. The Senior Implementation Engineer will lead/work in a team of project manager, architects, application implementation engineers and testers in the full SDLC cycle including requirements gathering, solution design and development, user acceptance testing and solution implementation. RESPONSIBILITES: Understanding complex requirements from Customer/Solution architect and translate into technical design and clear documentation on how value-based use cases will be implemented Leverages E2open product expertise to guide clients on the solutions and configurations that will best meet their needs Develops functional design specifications and technical design. Writes Process Flows and Business Blueprint documents Configures E2open application and collaborates with technical team for implementation of integrations and complex customizations to meet clients needs Lead technical discussions with internal product/analytics team to implement complex solutions.
