Monitoring and reporting on the performance of IT services will be part of your responsibilities, identifying areas for improvement. In terms of professional and technical skills, proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC) is a must. You should have a strong understanding of IT service management frameworks and methodologies, along with experience in risk management and compliance processes. Your ability to analyze service performance metrics and implement improvements, as well as familiarity with incident management and problem resolution techniques, will be crucial for success in this role. The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC) to be considered for this position, which is based at our Ahmedabad office.
